Mr. Istak Ahmmed did his BBA and MBA Department of Marketing from the University of Dhaka, has an outstanding professional career. He has senior-level corporate and financial management experience of more than 18 years with a reputed company. He was the Chief Executive Officer of ARC Securities Limited. He is actively involved in Bangladesh capital markets for more than 18 years. Ahmmed has excellent knowledge in business, finance, investment management, capital markets, corporate affairs, companies Act, BSEC, DSE, and CSE rules and regulations.

Mr. Mohammad Shahriar Bhuyan, MSS did his MSS Department of Public Administration from the Toronto University, Canada. He has many years of senior level financial, invest management, capital markets and general management experience in the country.

Mr. Barun Prasad Paul is working as Executive Director of 3i Asset Management Company Limited. He has over 24 (Twenty four) years of experience in the capital market of Bangladesh and his contribution towards the sector has been phenomenal. Prior to joining 3i Asset Management Company Limited, he has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in BARAKA Securities Limited; which is subsidiaries of BARAKA Group. He has started his career as Business Associate of A.R. Chowdhury Securities Limited (Member-22, DSE) in 1999. In his long career, he responsive for strategic role in different brokerage services and merchant banking services arena. He worked as an Officer of PFI Securities Limited (Member of DSE and CSE), as a Senior Officer of prime finance & Investment limited, as a manager in the merchant banking division of Lanka Bangla Finance Limited, as a Vice President (VP) of IIDFC Limited, as a Senior Vice president & In charge of Reliance Brokerage Services Limited respectively, as COO of BD Finance Securities Ltd and as Managing Director and CEO of BD Finance Capital Holdings Ltd. He has experience in working with, monitoring and different institutional clients for diversifying equity base, raising of capital through private and public offer, exposure management etc. Moreover, He has expertise in leading portfolio management team and designing customized investment solutions as per client’s investment needs. Under his prudent leadership, an organization can able to provide further his value-added services to clients & partners. He has completed his Graduation, major in Physics from Rajshahi University. He has attained valuable exposure about capital market through attending different trainings in home and abroad. During the year 2007, he has attended a crucial training program named “securities market professionals”; which organized by South Asia Federation of Exchange (SAFE) at Islamabad in Pakistan. Apart from his professional responsibilities, he is deeply involved with the capital market development activities. In addition, participated and organized in house training by foreign and local expert on Capital Market. Participated in various TV Program, Print media and social media on Capital Market as an expert. He has visited various Countries/Stock Exchange in the World like Pakistan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Nepal, UAE, Mourisus, Hong Kong, Chaina, Vietnam and England.

Mr. Kawsar Ahmed is working as Head of Finance. He has adequate experience in equity research, active portfolio management, and financial data analysis. He has excellent knowledge of the money market, capital market, investment banking, fundamental and technical analysis, securities analysis, and valuation. Mr. Kawsar Ahmed did his post-Graduate in Dhaka University.

Mr. Sushankar Sarker is working as the head of accounts and is responsible for observing overall business activities of the company with a view to making sure relevant rules and regulations are being followed. He prepares the risk mitigation report to invest in the fund's portfolio. Mr. Sushanker Sarker facilitates the company's management team on legal and ethical issues, reviews the business operations regularly, and prepares the books of accounts and financial statements for the management. Mr. Sushankar Sarker completed a Chartered Accountancy course from Shaha & Co.

Mr. Md Alamin Hossain is Compliance Officer and is responsible for the implementation of all compliance issues, the introduction of relevant rules and regulations, and preparation of monthly compliance and financial report for the management. Mr. Md Al-Amin is preparing the analyzing report for the management, NAV calculation of the Fund, financial statements, monthly report, and daily portfolio statement for the management. He has completed his BBS (pass) from National University in the commerce division.

Mr. Mazharul Alom is working as Junior Officer (Marketing). He has adequate experience in equity research, active portfolio management, and financial data analysis. He has excellent knowledge in the money market, capital market, investment banking, fundamental and technical analysis, securities analysis, and valuation.
